Our Leadership Team works hard to monitor compensation and make sure our team is hitting their comp goals. Regardless, we hear you and we’re on it! Please also know that we have several strategies to help our Service Technicians to increase their compensation through career pathing, Individual Development Program, future promotion opportunities (ex. we promote over 90% of our leaders from within, each promotion is about a 20% increase in pay from ST to SST to TL), overtime opportunities, taking advantage of our performance bonus programs and contests and so much more. We’re proud to say that our Top 10% of our Service Techs last year were compensated over $85,000. That’s pretty awesome in our industry. We hope you see that. Thanks again for the feedback.

Pros

2020 and maybe 21,22 were good after it all went down hill (thanks to AH )

Cons

Everyone is related , friends , family etc. HR is all friends with eveyone there for you cannot be taken serious . So many talented associates leave because they are forced out due to personal preference. Turn over company wide they say is low. However the location I worked in 80 precent of people were 6 month or under ! Yikes !!! Management does not know how to keep and lead their team , instead they micro manage , make up new rules that they do not follow after a few weeks and they always seem stressed. Oh and bonus program is constantly restructured . They present it as new opportunities however it’s really for them to pay less. This company always pays very low percentage and you have to jump through hoops that are on fire to make a bonus. And I wasn’t some employee who worked 6 months and quit. I was someone making 90k yearly for several years. This is just a reality. Higher management needs traning asap. And insurance gets worse every year !
