Pros

Good pay , Set schedule , Good benefits , They offer a clinic , they have a select few amazing supervisors , they have nice events , sometimes they buy food for you .

Cons

Working weekends no matter how long you have been there , horrible management , if you have kids don’t expect to get selected for certain positions even if your trained on them , favoritism , rude supervisors , no through follow up on tech issues , they will disrespect you and write you up for any and everything , high turn over , they will hire people in another country to work for less than they would pay you so unless your best friends with someone in management your not getting a promotion , if you report something or try to change managers most likely the complaint goes to their friend and your targeted every single day and watched like a hawk they look for problems they find reasons to fire you so they can just hire someone for less , they make you work between departments and it’s super overwhelming , the sales reps lie to the customers and then you have to deal with it .

Excellent onboarding process. Was a seamless integration and I am excited to start my work with the company.

None. All aspects and team members were professional and on task.

Pros

2020 and maybe 21,22 were good after it all went down hill (thanks to AH )

Cons

Everyone is related , friends , family etc. HR is all friends with eveyone there for you cannot be taken serious . So many talented associates leave because they are forced out due to personal preference. Turn over company wide they say is low. However the location I worked in 80 precent of people were 6 month or under ! Yikes !!! Management does not know how to keep and lead their team , instead they micro manage , make up new rules that they do not follow after a few weeks and they always seem stressed. Oh and bonus program is constantly restructured . They present it as new opportunities however it’s really for them to pay less. This company always pays very low percentage and you have to jump through hoops that are on fire to make a bonus. And I wasn’t some employee who worked 6 months and quit. I was someone making 90k yearly for several years. This is just a reality. Higher management needs traning asap. And insurance gets worse every year !
