      Lots of “othering” of minorities; passive-aggressive, scapegoating boss w no backbone; expectations for women to be passive and to be viewed as “decent” you should be married (this goes for everyone) if you have kids

      Pros

      Work life balance, hard work recognized, and some of the best management I've ever worked with. Bonuses if you work hard. Great workflow and everyone is always doing their best. Looking forward to a long career here. I thank God everyday for my job and coworkers.

      Not much. Great place in general.
