Pros

Very laid back atmosphere, perfect if you enjoy meeting and talking to all kinds of people as I do, with beautiful products its easy to help people to find what they want and put a home together! Very nice company and I am so glad I gave it a chance!

Cons

Some competitiveness occasionally from co workers; some rude customers; but no job is perfect all the time these downsides are very minor (if you have thick skin!)

Thank you for your feedback! I'm happy to hear that you've had a great experience. We have an bright future as we grow and expand into new markets so you're with us during an exciting time. In regards to your "Advice to Management", I just wanted to let you know that we already offer a guarantee. Every sales associate is guaranteed an hourly rate of time and a half (currently: $12.08). Each pay period we compare your hourly rate to your earned commissions and pay you whichever is higher. This way you never have to worry if you have a bad week. Additionally, the monthly performance bonus is a great way to earn extra money. Hope this helps!

Pros

2020 and maybe 21,22 were good after it all went down hill (thanks to AH )

Cons

Everyone is related , friends , family etc. HR is all friends with eveyone there for you cannot be taken serious . So many talented associates leave because they are forced out due to personal preference. Turn over company wide they say is low. However the location I worked in 80 precent of people were 6 month or under ! Yikes !!! Management does not know how to keep and lead their team , instead they micro manage , make up new rules that they do not follow after a few weeks and they always seem stressed. Oh and bonus program is constantly restructured . They present it as new opportunities however it’s really for them to pay less. This company always pays very low percentage and you have to jump through hoops that are on fire to make a bonus. And I wasn’t some employee who worked 6 months and quit. I was someone making 90k yearly for several years. This is just a reality. Higher management needs traning asap. And insurance gets worse every year !
