      Pros

      Very community oriented, most management seems to truly care about their associates

      Cons

      Speak out of both sides of their mouth - encourages work/life balance but many of us must work far longer than a 10 hour day in order to get everything done. Management wants us to prioritize, but everything seems to be a priority.

      Excellent onboarding process. Was a seamless integration and I am excited to start my work with the company.
