Thankfull - Sales Associate CITY HOME Employee Review

We are a furniture store that sells mattresses. The pressure to sell mattresses is intense and very stressful. We have two big mattress stores that customers have to pass by just to get to us. One of the stores is city mattress, so of course customers think it part of our company. The management is constantly, at the beginning of the month, putting people on PIP. We have lost a lot of good sales associates because of this.
