Pros

At the moment, cannot think of any.

Cons

Café only serves food during the midday, so if you’re scheduled for a late lunch you’re stuck eating vending machine food. There is nothing within walking distance, so if you do not have a car, you’re definitely out of luck. The training is so boring. Really boring. They should add some more engaging procedures and minimize the endless lectures. Schedule adherence is way too strict. You must punch in and out to the very minute you’re supposed to or you get in trouble. Life happens and these people simply don’t care. The pay could be higher for the job duties. Back to back calls from angry customers. Only 5% of customers are pleasures to speak with. It hurts because you know the company can do more for the customer. But they just don’t. Very shady business. The break room only has two tables and it’s always crowded. The little decompression room is small and sometimes crowded too so there is no place to relax if you wanted to. Unless you go to your car/if you have one. The system is a headache of its own, but I understand the security behind it. It’s just a headache. Most co workers are loud and not considerate of the fact that you’re on the phone. No break time scheduled. Only a one hour lunch. If you’re a good person who likes to help others this is probably not the position for you. There’s not many options to help rather than disappoint the customers. You won’t be happy at this job unless getting yelled at back to back is your thing.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We appreciate your feedback as it provides us with opportunities to improve. Our Customer Care Management team has been working tirelessly to improve the overall satisfaction of our Associates, and we are happy to announce that we will be implementing a new attendance policy in a couple weeks that offers more leniency and flexibility, while still keeping our standards high. Additionally, a Workplace Architect is already in the process of redesigning several areas to offer more comfortable and practical spaces for our Associates! Lastly, our training department is working on some exciting changes to our training program. We know we are not perfect, but we can assure you we care and listen to the feedback from our Associates. We can only get better with our Associates’ input. Be on the lookout for more improvements throughout the next year!

Pros

2020 and maybe 21,22 were good after it all went down hill (thanks to AH )

Cons

Everyone is related , friends , family etc. HR is all friends with eveyone there for you cannot be taken serious . So many talented associates leave because they are forced out due to personal preference. Turn over company wide they say is low. However the location I worked in 80 precent of people were 6 month or under ! Yikes !!! Management does not know how to keep and lead their team , instead they micro manage , make up new rules that they do not follow after a few weeks and they always seem stressed. Oh and bonus program is constantly restructured . They present it as new opportunities however it’s really for them to pay less. This company always pays very low percentage and you have to jump through hoops that are on fire to make a bonus. And I wasn’t some employee who worked 6 months and quit. I was someone making 90k yearly for several years. This is just a reality. Higher management needs traning asap. And insurance gets worse every year !
