Pros

They offer a good benefits package and training for the mattresses and furniture that they sell.

Cons

Work life balance is non-existent because you will always work on weekends and the shifts can vary since there isn't really any consistency. Sometimes you will have to work longer shifts because they are always short on sales associates. They set a sales goal that you have to meet by the end of the month and if you don't meet the goal three consecutive months you'll get terminated. They say they are family oriented but that goes down the drain once you involve money. Sales associates will do anything and everything to get the sale even if you have previously worked with the customer before no loyalty there. Lots of drama in the showroom.

Pros

2020 and maybe 21,22 were good after it all went down hill (thanks to AH )

Cons

Everyone is related , friends , family etc. HR is all friends with eveyone there for you cannot be taken serious . So many talented associates leave because they are forced out due to personal preference. Turn over company wide they say is low. However the location I worked in 80 precent of people were 6 month or under ! Yikes !!! Management does not know how to keep and lead their team , instead they micro manage , make up new rules that they do not follow after a few weeks and they always seem stressed. Oh and bonus program is constantly restructured . They present it as new opportunities however it’s really for them to pay less. This company always pays very low percentage and you have to jump through hoops that are on fire to make a bonus. And I wasn’t some employee who worked 6 months and quit. I was someone making 90k yearly for several years. This is just a reality. Higher management needs traning asap. And insurance gets worse every year !
