They worked well with my school schedule, they give breaks, and a lot of the people were fun to work with.

The owner of the company is always talking down to employees and trying to pit them against each other. He constantly tries to show you that he knows more than you (even when he doesn't) and is too stubborn to admit he is wrong. When he is not there the company runs better and his absence is also better for the mental health of the employees.
