      Pros

      You can get exposed to good industry experience.

      Cons

      Contractors are treated like the bottom of the barrell. There is a divide between empoyees and contractors. They pick who they want to become fulltime based on favoritism and not dedication and hard work.

      - A relatively flat organization which provides the opportunity to regularly learn from experienced, senior team members. - Very friendly work environment. - Day to day provides excellent opportunity to build and refine U/W, modeling, and credit skills.

      - Comp is a little below market.
