      Pros

      The team environment is great. I would say that the department/group you work in definitely has an impact - I like my group’s dynamic. Working in a more deal-based group is also great.

      Cons

      Technology could be better - even the smallest updates/upgrades would be nice.

      - A relatively flat organization which provides the opportunity to regularly learn from experienced, senior team members. - Very friendly work environment. - Day to day provides excellent opportunity to build and refine U/W, modeling, and credit skills.

      - Comp is a little below market.
