      Peers are good. But since it's a startup, the owner removes the people by talking to peers about them. It was made with the objective to work in the field of education using their proposed core two products: Digilearn, Digiproctor

      Cons

      They ended up conducting examinations of universities using their server and employees. Salary didn't use to come on time.

      Pros

      All round experience as we not only have sales profile but cross-functional exposure where we used to interact with IT team and Content development team on regular basis. Also, we used to get direct mentoring from the senior leadership team- CEO/Director/COO All round development They have started sports activities like badminton which you can play in the evening time with peers
