      Pros

      You get to manage your own workload, for the most part. You have decent situational awareness with your boss who stops in weekly so leadership isn't really overbearing.

      Cons

      The work can be very dry and repetitive. That speaks more of the line of work than it does this particular company, however. Pay is on the low end of the spectrum for the work completed.

      Great culture and amazing mentorship opportunities. Probably my favorite internship and would love to work here full time in the future.

      Cons

      None to speak of. All of my work was very interesting and I learned a lot here.

      They are very employee oriented - constantly updating benefits and employee wellness programs.

      Cons

      It is hard to get hired as not many jobs open.
