Upper leadership have no understanding to the hard work extra hours and passion put it. It is just expected. Very high staff turnover

Staff come from all walks, are highly educated & have strong values. Campus is located at old Christian school in Monbulk with beautiful green surroundings. The campus has great, although, under utilised facilities. There are many vet, elective & career path opportunities available to students in upper secondary school.

Very complex needs & lack of adequate onsite mental health support. Heavy admin workload. Lack of contracted hours to manage this. Too much emphasis on small wins & no focus on long term student culture improvement. Very unorganised workplace systems & too many platforms. Very high staff turnover due to little regard from management for staff safety. Expectation to tolerate ongoing disrespect from students. Staff & student culture are strained due to staff turnover & high ongoing stress in the environment.
