Far from the city. Taxi tariffs are expensive. It's fine if one owns a vehicle which could be self driven. Acting drivers don't come all the way from the city, no holidays even for celebration of festivals,it' very hard for the teacher to have a personal/ social life, one has to resort to austere living, non-veg food is not allowed inside the campus including eggs. It's a pure residential school, if your ward studies in the school, he/she must become a boarder without a choice and they cannot meet the parent when either of them want. It's only with permission that they can meet even if the child is sick. forget about the outings that your child might crave for. Your child can be taken out only on those stipulated outing dates. Individual freedom will be curbed. Bully- ism inside the hostel. Nothing could be done by the 'teacher -parent' who'll have to silently on look his/her child suffer. In addition to teaching duties there are other compulsory duties like table duties, attending of aarti, Geeta chanting class, and other 'boring to the core' lo.....ng sermons which are compulsory to be attended and it is expected to be participated in all the highly ritualistic programs which occur at least twice in a week. ( It is certain that most people become atheistic after working for a couple of years even if they initially had such beliefs. Religion gets forced down the throat. For all the adaptations on the teacher's side, the teacher is not paid according to sixth pay commission and is not appropriately categorized as per qualifications.
