The technical problems can be somewhat interesting, and the work itself can be meaningful when you’re allowed to focus on it.

Leadership decisions often feel reactive and inconsistent, with unclear priorities and limited transparency. Communication is inconsistent, trust is fragile, and priorities shift without clear reasoning. There’s a wide gap between the values the company promotes and the way people are actually treated.
