      The scope of the organization is huge. You will get a chance to interact with IAS officers Outside the organization, you will valued when you tell about the organization

      Cons

      Absolutely nothing to learn No relation between the Role and the work you do Most of your time will be spent on Event Management No Management at all. You will be directly provided with the work which is completely new and the Director expects to the perfect on day one.

      Pros

      My sense is that I've fallen on my feet at CIPS. They're uniformly friendly and professional, always willing to share advice and incredibly tolerant of a new starter's mistakes. And while I'm new to a very technically exacting profession, I'm being given time and space to grow and learn.

      None that suggest themselves right now.
