      Nothing to speak of no vacation time, complete micromanagement organization.

      Cons

      Complete micromanagement organization. The leaders from Taiwan push the reps to secure appointments so they have an opportunity to travel to the US. Additionally, they're moving to a 1099 model and removing everyone's salary.

      High quotas that are really tough to reach due to Covid hit and management is trying to make up for those losses.
