Flexible working, although return to office mandate coming in September undermines that

Organisation underwent a period of turmoil and poor financial performance leading to mass redundancies. Replacement structure very badly managed, and people thrust into positions for which they have no experience or training. Senior leadership mostly clueless, and don't listen to the many underlying issues leading to us producing mediocre work. Culture of the organisation has become passive aggressive, with blame getting more and more prevalent and junior people thrown under the bus, so that the senior manager can take credit. Outdated processes, people working in silos, bullying, low salaries: institutional incompetence. I could go on.
