Good People - Questionable Management - Anonymous employee CIPD Employee Review

- The poor behaviour of certain SLT/ senior staff members is often overlooked - passive agressive comments and thinly-veiled threats are not effective forms of communication (looking at you HR) - We dont always practice what we preach - no more WFH, mandatory office days & a 4-day working week trial that seems to have disappeared - Unclear/ outdated processes - but god forbid you don't consult every department about every minor decision before it gets made - Recurring layoffs are a cause for concern - Pay is what you would expect for a charity
