Pros
- An easy job to work your way up in - Gives you good experience in many different aspects that you'll use in other jobs
Cons
- There is an expectation of being available after hours - People in the main office don't (IMO) view their property employees with the same respect as themselves - Starting hourly wage is not good, pay gets better as you work your way up, but leasing agents do not make a lot for what they're expected to be able to do - Residents are... residents. This job is not for the faint of heart. - Upper management does not care about anything... until something goes wrong. They are quick to play telephone and let you know you messed up.
