      Pros

      Earlier it was good but now its not worthy to give your valuable time & energy in this company. Nice colleagues I'm leaving this company at my own will to do something i'm passionate about.

      Cons

      No job security. Very poor management. No incentives. They will fire nice talented ones & hire Idiotic Dumbos. No fix criteria of work, they will change the criteria in between running project which results in faults & time wasted in re doing that work.

      - Great company start a career with. - Good infrastructure and good work atmosphere - Nice work life balance. Depends on project though. - Professionalism can be learned from such a reputed company.
