Pros
Working here for almost a year now. I worked on Oil and Gas companies before, Frood industry. But this is totally different. I'm not going to lie, there are really long days, you still fight with projects and have a lot of tickets. So, no boring time. But you do that on every company I think. The difference for me, here, is that they will give you a call to ask you how do you feel, if you are working late, they will send you that day dinner (when you never asked for it), and you are never working alone. If you are stuck on something, you can ask for help and from the team to the owner of the company, everyone will try their best to give you a helping hand. That's a first for me at least, and I love it.
Cons
Being the new guy here was hard. They don't let you do much on the first weeks, there is a TON of tools to work with, and they focus on you learning about those, and you can see the rest of the team up to their necks with tickets and projects, and feel frustrated to not be able to help them, at least on the first month. If you never did remote work 100%, you will fight with some things that you are used to do some way and here they depend on others and their rhythm. They keep getting new tools, I feel like you are never an expert on all of them, because the new ones just keep comming.
