      Now company has 2 AI Products in market and integrating AI in all products. Best stable company in market with diversified domain so lots of job security. Lots of growth Potential

      Cons

      I agree there is 2 years commitment requirement but that comes with good pay and long term stability which is quite rare in this AI world

      Pros

      It is a product-based company with 30+ years of stability. Opportunity to work with large enterprise customers of the US and UK for enterprise-class products. Having 5 days of working, Flexi timing, and fun events make it a fun place to work.

      Cons

      Nothing I came across. However as there are other companies with CIMCON name in that like CIMCON Lighting, CIMCON Automation, and CIMCON Software (India) Pvt. Ltd., there is confusion among employees before joining.
