      Pros

      The best part of working at CIMAC was its employees. Perhaps that says a lot for management's employee selection process.

      Cons

      Being a small company resources were rather limited which prevented the adaption of new workstation operating systems and development tools.

      CIMAC has granted me access to the NAVISION world and the entire ERP world. It is a great place to work
