      Pros

      No PROs , Every project is a school project , projects which students make in colleges. Just imagine the quality of projects. The lead and senior members are friends of the CTO and technically know nothing barring one guy and I repeat one guy. they recently fired a bunch of ppl becuase they dont have projects. The CTO knows nothing technically.
