      Being a Golang Developer in a blockchain company can be quite rewarding as getting to work with CIFDAQ , AI - based Blockchain network and ecosystem platform for the financial sector , getting to work with all latest technologies may it be blockchain , AI or Web 3 , having wide range of product portfolio , Every Individual feel valued and heard , regardless of their status within the company .

      Cons

      Nothing so far 1- Everything is well mananged even in a remote environment 2 - Seniors are co-operative 3- Management takes cares of every individual working within the team

      Absolutely zilch, perhaps the worst out there.

      Cons

      1. No salary + No timeline for the same. 2. No structure in work or management. 3. Unprofessional way of communication. 4. The office is in front of a dump yard, and it ain't no irony. (1) is enough of a red flag. If someone joins now after reading this, he or she needs to visit a mental institution and take the founders with them.

      None at all. Would rather have remain unplaced from college rather than join this hell hole. Can have movie like experience during income tax raids.

      Cons

      No salary. Getting barked at by owner when asking for compensation. 3 office changes in 3-4 months, all downgrades.
