(1) is enough of a red flag. If someone joins now after reading this, he or she needs to visit a mental institution and take the founders with them.

None at all. Would rather have remain unplaced from college rather than join this hell hole. Can have movie like experience during income tax raids.

No salary. Getting barked at by owner when asking for compensation. 3 office changes in 3-4 months, all downgrades.
