Thank you for providing a review. Though it's certainly tough feedback to hear. Over the years we’ve built a strong talent development program that supports the growth of all team members, especially those that choose to call us home right out of school. We consider ourselves fortunate to be investing in the future leaders in our industry. Our team is tireless in their dedication to our work, vision and clients and we do value the opportunity to gather a couple times a year to connect, reenergize, and have fun as a team. Through our thoughtful and intentional hiring and performance management processes we aim to find team members that are aligned in talent and culture and are interested in being part of the design community here in Naples. Occasionally, we find ourselves in misalignment and must part ways. It is certainly disappointing to see team members go, but we do cherish every person that we’ve had opportunity to learn and grow with. Our finance and HR teams work diligently to review and apply AIA and other industry standards to our pay and benefit offerings, including time-off. We are competitive in the market and review these annually. True time off, adequate pay, and fulfillment outside of work mean our team can invest their creative talent and energy while at work.
