Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the salary, which is an important focus for us.
We understand the significance of fair compensation and are committed to regularly reviewing salaries as part of our annual mandatory negotiations (NAO). For 2023, we implemented a general salary increase of +3%, with a minimum annual gross raise of €1,200 for full-time employees, along with an individual adjustment budget equivalent to 1.5% of the company’s total payroll. These measures reflect our dedication to recognizing the contributions of all our employees.
We have also noted your comment about micromanagement. At CIC, we prioritize developing our managers through innovative and supportive leadership training, ensuring they can provide balanced and empowering guidance to their teams.
