Pros
Good view from the office, nice spacious pantry with nespresso machines, clean toilets and convenient location with lots of good food, some nice helpful colleagues
Cons
Local management runs the company like a authoritarian regime which creates a toxic hostile environment where one has to watch what you say, do and even how you word your emails lol. Even if you lie low and try to do the right things, you may still get false accusations attached to your name for the most absurd non-work related things. Middle and top management too preoccupied with their politics and power grabbing games to bother with learning and development opportunities for younger staff. Probably only a good place if you’re able to follow orders like a dog or senior enough to play games to retire there. Don’t bother if you’re young and looking for a place to grow. You’ll get enmeshed into the politics and won’t be able to play on the same level however good you are. Evaluation is rubbish and unfair as well. If it is known that you’re leaving, you’ll get marked down because “it doesn’t make sense to get good rating if you’re leaving”. Lol. Also, unlike some other banks, there’s practically little to no support from head office.
