Pros

Colleagues are the only motivators, as they share workload and burdens and still care for you on personal terms.

Cons

Management (or like some say the CEO) made decisions that do not go with the norm of the industry, and trying to segregate the people where one group is her babies, and others as the i-dont-care-about-you group. Even if you do make decision, at least have the courtesy to pass down the clear message from top to down, so we know why we are working towards a different direction. But too bad, some of the Head of Departments do not even know why themselves either, not even to say the employees at the lowest chain of all. All the changes made has invoked alot of mistrust, unnecessary work stress, messy procedures around the company. Everyone trying their best to pick up and clear up the mess, but it just keep rolling and never-ending. It is indeed no longer a positive vibe to work in CIC as compare to previous years under a French CEO. People are also working late into the night in different departments.
