Everyone works hard to do what is right for the customers. There is a focus on taking care of your family, but still getting the job done. Honest and willing to listen to the customers and the employees.

Products are technical in nature and keeping up with all the information, current bugs, and work-arounds is very stressful. There is a lot of responsibility on the individual to know the customers and the products but there never seems to be enough time to learn it all and keep up with the changes.
