Pros
It's a great place to learn about technologies and software development processes. Depending a little in the account you get in, you can have a great place to work where work with a big smile on your face.
Cons
Depending of the account, you may have a bad time working there, but it is possible to ask your manager to change accounts. Benefits there are very bad, they have something called "benefit baskets" where you can choose which benefits you want, but this is just a way to avoid taxes and give you a low salary.
