Pros

CI&T is a very nice place to work. The company's culture makes the environment diverse and healthy. Everybody is nice and HR and managers really care about you and making your experience great with the company. I enjoyed the Fun Friday get-togethers and the world/regional events. They know how to work remotely and are always sending you small swags and gifts such as socks, mugs, gift cards and others.

Cons

By the end of the day, CI&T is a consultancy/workforce company with steroids and a great culture. Not the best salary in the world. Switching between customers can be tough. You need to please CI&T's customers, customer's employees, CI&T's managers and your peers. Usually, they hire from South America to fulfil most of the high-end positions, because is cheaper.
