12yThank you for your review and feedback. They actually go hand-in-hand with changes we have already applied in our ASPAC operation in the last quarter of 2013:
A. Our global HR/employee engagement model has rolled out to ASPAC;
B. Management team has been expanded;
C. An improved People development methodology has been rolled out globally, resulting in high satisfaction including ASPAC;
D. The Executive team has also increased in the region.
