- Funny and relaxed environment. - You'll probably make a lot of friends (nice people). - Interesting projects. - Opportunity to deal with different techonologies and cultures. - Hour flexibility. - Balance between work and social life.
Cons
- It's a company made of friends, so be the friend of certain people if you want to have an opportunity (it's not the rule, but works 80% the cases). - Low salaries compared with other companies. - Some projects require a lot of effort and extra work after hours. But they pay for it. - It's a mistake to wait for recognition. It may come or may not.
