Takes awhile to build trust within company, they primarily serve local clients so budgets tend to be low and clients play it safe with ideas they approve

There were wonderful people here for many years but most of them, understandably, have made the decision to leave. As things currently stand, there are no "pros" left to highlight.

Culture is entirely defined by ego, nepotism, and favoritism. Employee potential both earning and growth is intentionally capped unless you are a friend or relative of the CEO.
