Pros
Won't have to worry about getting out of work by 5, so work/life balance is certainly kept in check. Nice people, everyone quite courteous. Anyone whose first priority is getting home to their kids will be right at home here.
Cons
Like any big company, it moves incredibly slow, both because getting anything done requires going through several layers and because the employee demographic is predominantly middle-aged, meaning resistance to change is ubiquitous. For anyone seeking a lively work space that keeps you constantly engaged, this is not your company.
