      If you're lazy they will promote you, and once you're promoted you can't be fired.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive, workload is more than double what any other company is, short staffed, false promises, greedy.

      Pros

      Clean refinery, good enough compensation

      Cons

      Folks in mid to high-level management manage, but do not lead. Refinery management actively strays from big-company principles for what is apparently a desire for control over local employees. Capital costs are high but management will fight tooth and nail to save a dime on labor.
