      Good benefits. Good co-workers. Work could be satisfying with better leadership.

      Cons

      Management could care less about there employees. Floundering was the norm, old broke equipment, never but anything back into the business. Management didnt understand growth strategies.

      A mixed bag of remote versus hybrid positions.

      Pros

      Clean refinery, good enough compensation

      Cons

      Folks in mid to high-level management manage, but do not lead. Refinery management actively strays from big-company principles for what is apparently a desire for control over local employees. Capital costs are high but management will fight tooth and nail to save a dime on labor.
