      Benefits and pay are good

      Cons

      Old worn out equipment that never seems to get repaired or replaced without it breaking down or wearing out to the point it has to be worked on because the manager has to line his pockets come bonus time, management and sales people that don't care about the grunts that help make them money just push and push to a breaking point, absolutely no communication amongst coworkers, teamwork is almost non-existent

      A mixed bag of remote versus hybrid positions.

      Pros

      Clean refinery, good enough compensation

      Cons

      Folks in mid to high-level management manage, but do not lead. Refinery management actively strays from big-company principles for what is apparently a desire for control over local employees. Capital costs are high but management will fight tooth and nail to save a dime on labor.
