      Pros

      Love working for so many farmers, benefits are amazing, the company does a lot of cool stuff.

      Cons

      Pay (cash) is the biggest issue. Unless you're super high in the company, you'll get a decent/blah salary and a very minimum annual raise. Let's hope they hit their goals for the annual bonus otherwise pay is just below average.

      Leadership is candid and transparent and communicates well. They appreciate and invest in their employees.

      A mixed bag of remote versus hybrid positions.

      Pros

      Clean refinery, good enough compensation

      Cons

      Folks in mid to high-level management manage, but do not lead. Refinery management actively strays from big-company principles for what is apparently a desire for control over local employees. Capital costs are high but management will fight tooth and nail to save a dime on labor.
