      Values its people, excellent benefits, competitive salary, transparent communication and continued education training. Overall the company is fantastic and the work life balance is really a plus

      Create more opportunities for career advancement and increase financial support for continued education and additional degrees. Promote from within and encourage more woman leaders.

      Pros

      Clean refinery, good enough compensation

      Cons

      Folks in mid to high-level management manage, but do not lead. Refinery management actively strays from big-company principles for what is apparently a desire for control over local employees. Capital costs are high but management will fight tooth and nail to save a dime on labor.
