      Great pay and a lot of times you don't do anything for a large portion of the day.

      Cons

      This company culture is very gruff and inflexible. Some of the people are very nice but expect to hear a lot of swearing and hard rules.

      Pros

      Clean refinery, good enough compensation

      Cons

      Folks in mid to high-level management manage, but do not lead. Refinery management actively strays from big-company principles for what is apparently a desire for control over local employees. Capital costs are high but management will fight tooth and nail to save a dime on labor.
