      Decent pay, good benefits, growing industry. Lots of open jobs globally if your looking to move. Also in the states.

      Cons

      Upper management, if they don’t like you good luck. Pay for non management position sucks. I wish I could pay my guys more

      Pros

      Clean refinery, good enough compensation

      Cons

      Folks in mid to high-level management manage, but do not lead. Refinery management actively strays from big-company principles for what is apparently a desire for control over local employees. Capital costs are high but management will fight tooth and nail to save a dime on labor.
