Pay, pension, benefits, training, and PTO/Vacation time off
Cons
No ability to move up, no support for jobs done, senior team members get acknowledged for work done by others, managers are given promotions for jobs they have no training in, nobody cares to learn their next level downs names

Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We value your feedback. Have a great day!
Folks in mid to high-level management manage, but do not lead. Refinery management actively strays from big-company principles for what is apparently a desire for control over local employees. Capital costs are high but management will fight tooth and nail to save a dime on labor.
