Pros

No salaries No respect No employees They don't treat employees as employee at least they don't treat them like humans they don't give salaries for months and they also terminate people after the projects without intimation and they hold there salaries they take employees original certificates and blackmail them if they ask salaries and they don't even bother about anyone they terminate at least 2 people in every month without giving the salaries and they keep on changing the company rules and make the company more worst they cut salaries if employees comes late and they never give OT to employees and they invents different types of rules to cut the salaries of employees and they named it as loss of pay they never gave salaries before 10 sorry they never gave salary on time they always keeps 1 or 2 months salary dew

Cons

There is no one plus point in these company which employee can feel happy we don't even know the count of employees those who got terminated from the company with out salaries and this is worst company in India which get 1st rank in non employee satisfied company and 1st company which have many people worked without salaries

Good opportunity to work on various tools.

1. There is no work life balance. 2. Local management is not experienced and not capable of understanding employees and their concerns. 3. Most of the employees work till late night and no transportation is provided to drop at home even at odd hours in the night. 4. On few instances they have made us work till next morning and expected to come on duty same afternoon. 5. Management do not know how to commit dead lines and the work pressure comes on employees. 6. There are no paid leaves all leaves are loss of pay, the official probation is 6 months but most of the employees get confirmation after one year and till that time all leaves are loss of pay. 7. They even expect employees to come on saturday and sunday without any extra benefit. It has been hard time working at CHRP india.

There are several critical issues at this company that potential employees should be aware of: Unsafe and Poorly Maintained Workplace: The building is in a hazardous state, particularly during rainy days. Employees had to navigate a leaky staircase and poorly maintained floors just to access the lunch area, which lacked basic amenities like fans. The restrooms were out of order for nearly five months and were only fixed before client visits. Toxic Management: The management culture is extremely toxic. Employees are often treated unfairly, with expectations to work beyond office hours. Leaving on time is frowned upon, and there is no respect for work-life balance. Poor Systems and Infrastructure: The systems are in terrible condition. When work is delayed due to system issues, employees are expected to stay back regularly, yet there is no accountability from management. Delayed Salaries: Salary payments were consistently late. When questioned, management often ignored concerns or failed to adhere to promised payment dates. Lack of Employee Care: Reviews are not conducted on time, and there is no recognition for hard work. The overall management is disorganized and unprofessional. Animal Welfare Concerns: The office has a pet dog that is not well cared for, with limited walks and poor hygiene, which adds to the overall uncomfortable atmosphere. Overall, this company fosters a very depressing and demotivating work environment. I would advise potential candidates to consider these points carefully before accepting a role here.
