      Nice location with cool coffee bar

      Cons

      I get that its a Christian non profit. But meeting should not be with a prayer. Makes me feel so uncomfortable, especially most people on my team are not christian.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
