      It is a very laid back atmosphere compared to most hospitals.

      Cons

      Low pay rate compared to other nearby hospitals, Drs run the show and management doesn't do much to keep them in check. (Yelling at nurses, etc).

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Make your own schedule Great coworkers

      Cons

      Low pay for the work they expect to get done. If you are injured on the job, don’t expect time off-none given. They will give you a desk job. Management will hound you to work extra days/nights.
